Not surprisingly, I’ve received quite a few emails about this — and everybody who’s given the technique a try has discovered that IT WORKS! (Of course, it does!) And several of you have asked me for details about this form of acupressure called Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Quickly, Jin Shin Jyutsu psysio-philosophy is an ancient art of harmonizing the energy in the body. I’ve had a standing monthly appointment with a local practitioner for almost four years — first, to get my energy back into alignment, and then to keep myself in alignment. I took a course in self-care, as well. The practice has changed my life. My energy is great. My attitudes are positive. My moods are, well, better.
I don’t know why Jin Shin Jyutsu works. I don’t really care. I just know it works.
