One word sums it up: Unobtainium. You see, when anybody gets to the point where those closest to them don&#039;t dare to explain that something (or many things) about their work are laughably shallow, the message gets delivered in one manner or another.

I was awestruck by Avatar&#039;s visuals, but squirmed repeatedly through the cliche ridden plot points and childish writing. Apparently, so did Academy members.
